Return & Refund Policy
At TheSmokeyDogg, we value our customers and want you to be satisfied with every purchase you make. We also understand that sometimes things happen and returns or refunds are necessary.
Please review the following refund and return policies to assist you if any issues arise.
ANNOUNCEMENT AS OF 1/23/24 - Current turn around time is 4 - 6 weeks due to the shop owner and creator welcoming their family's first child, refunds will not be issued until after the maximum 6 weeks. Turn around time will decrease as we adjust to a new family member and establish a schedule.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- We will currently accept returns ONLY after the maximum 6 week period of the TAT.
- The item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Personalized or custom made items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Photos or video may be required as proof of the damaged or defective item.
- Once verified, we will provide you with a replacement or refund, depending on what you prefer.
3. Returns Process:
- To begin a return, please contact our customer care team with your order details.
- Please allow 48 hours for our customer care team to respond, after a response we will walk you through the return process, including providing a return address, along with any other additional instructions.
- Please ensure that when packaging the item it is secure to prevent any damage from transit.
4. Refunds
- Once the item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of its arrival to us.
- We will initiate a refund to your original payment method, only if the item(s) meet the required return criteria.
- Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on the method you used to pay and your payment provider's policies.
5. Exchanges:
- IF you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please contact our customer care team for assistance.
- Exchanges are based off of product availability.
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative solution or a refund, based off of preference.
6. Non - Returnable Items:
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings and cups cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Please remember that any shipping costs associated with returning the items will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. No Returns on Customized or Personalized Items
- Please note that personalized or custom made items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Customized and personalized items are specially made to your request and cannot be resold to other customers.
- We take great care in ensuring that personalized and customized items are produced accurately according to your instructions.
- If there is an error or defect with a customized item, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a solution that satisfies you.
Please keep in mind that the no returns policy for customized items is in place to maintain the personalization and individuality of these products. We appreciate your understanding when it comes to this.
